Hi - I’ve had my device for a few months now. Recently experiencing several issues. Random vibrating, battery needs daily charge, and occasionally, the screen will lock up. I’ve turned off gps, etc with no effect. Please help!

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not working as it should and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
The restart should help with the vibrations and display getting stuck.
