Inspire HR battery draining within a few hours

Hi 

My Fitbit has been working fine for over a year however 3 days ago the battery started draining super quick. It won’t even last a few hours. I’ve recharged it multiple times and it works fine but only for a couple of hours before it completely dies. I’ve tried logging out of the app and resetting the device but nothing seems to work.

The battery can last up to 5 days; because battery life is affected by use and other settings, actual results may vary, but it certainly shouldn't last only a few hours. 

Before considering other options, please let me know if you already tried all the steps provided in this articleIn addition, try to perform a restart following the steps listed here, this has been useful for other users experiencing the same inconvenience.

I have tried all of this and nothing is working. My HR is only 15 months old this shouldn’t be happening.
