The battery to my inspire HR is draining, and my screen keeps blinking on and off. I have rebooted and still the same issue.

Hi, @Nancypp if restarting your device has not solved the screen flickering issue I would suggest getting in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.Fitbit.com . They will probably ask you to repeat the restart procedure at least twice more (since a single restart does not always work), so it is worth trying that.
When you get in touch be sure to tell them the troubleshooting steps (3 restarts) that you have already tried, as that will save time.
