My inspire hr won't keep a charge. My battery is lasting only a few hours.

This was a mother's day gift. My kid spent her own money to get it for me. It's not working right. I can't get any support. This seems to be a ongoing problem. Apparently fitbit doesn't stand behind their products. I'm not impressed.

Hi @Patchwork @Valerie15, it's great to see you both in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the battery of your Fitbit Inspire HR is draining fast. I totally understand how you guys feel about this.
I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor the battery behavior of your Fitbit devices and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

As @Valerie15 mentioned, since the update the battery life does not last. If I’m lucky it lasts 2 hours.

I have tried all of those tips. Plus a reset. Plus cleaning the charging contacts- again. Nothing helps. It was working fine a month ago. Now I'm lucky to to two hours of battery charge with no features turned on.

I've been having the same issues. A full charge barely lasts a day at the moment.

Having the same issue. I’ve charged the battery and it reaches 100% and it dies within a few hours. I haven’t even been wearing it all day as I usually do and by end of day the battery is dead. What’s going on? I’ve never had this issue before.
