My above I have only had for a week and the battery is draining from fully charged to single figure charge left within 3 to 4 hours, how can I rectify this or is there a fault.

Hi @Prago, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the battery draining issue that your Inspire HR has experienced.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.

I, too, have the same problem, although I’ve had my Fitbit Inspire over a year. It just started draining battery just last week. It charges very quickly but within hours it is down again to almost nothing. How can I fix this issue?
