I've had my inspire hr for over a year and it's always held a charge for 5-7 days, however, after the most recent update my battery dies after 1.5-2 days. I haven't been doing anything differently nor do I know how to fix it.

Please try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your Inspire HR. After this, monitor the battery's behavior and see if the issue gets fixed.
