I’m so done with Fitbit. I can’t check my current heart rate in the iOS app, for weeks my sleep/hr chart was blank and now my Inspire HR (bought in January) is draining its battery in a couple of hours. Think it’s time to find a new fitness tracker!!!

Sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your Inspire HR. I noticed that you already have a ticket with our Support team so keep working with them to find a solution.

I received my replacement, placed it on the charger no vibration. Held the button for a reset, got the smiley face and left it to charge a while. The green little guts in back blink, but nothing shows on the display at all. I’m so fed up with Fitbit!!

@dklinger72 really sorry to hear that this was your experience with your replacement device.
I can see that you are already in contact with Support again so hopefully they will be able to help you resolve this as soon as possible.
