Inspire HR battery dying too quickly

I charged my Inspire HR to 95% before bed. My silent alarm didn’t wake me up like usual, and when I checked, the Fitbit was fully dead. I plugged it in this morning and charged it to 99%. 2 hours later, it was at 4%. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Otherwise, I guess it’s dead...
