Inspire HR battery is draining fast and the screen is not turning on

Hi, I’ve had my Fitbit inspire HR for about nine months now and have been really impressed and pleased with the product. However, yesterday I went swimming for the first time with it and everything seemed to be going well until the next morning. I have recently noticed that It cannot keep a charge for very long and even more, the screen has gone black and nothing lights up on it. It is still working, because when I go to the app I can see everything being logged. Please help on how to proceed with this.

@Khogan1 I hope you're doing well! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not holding a charge nor its screen turning on. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life. The restart should also help with the display issue but additionally you can try changing the clock face on your device.

Let me know how it goes.
