This is my second Hr, the first wouldn't charge and was replaced. This one had a black screen a couple of weeks ago but came back once I changed the clock face. Since then it hasn't held a charge for more than a couple of hours. I have tried changing the clock face, cleaning and recharging, chaging the lead. I'm at a complete loss as what to do. I've had this one since last November and now its unsuseable.

Hi @RicardoFitbit ,
I haven't been able to speak with anyone on the support team, they are not replying to my emails and I still can't get the device to hold a charge. Maybe they are confusing this issue with the problem I had back in November? I'll email again.
