Inspire HR battery not charging

my inspire has stopped working. I have attached to charging port and done a reset. I have also purchased a new cord and tried a reset that way. Nothing has worked. Any help would be appreciated.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? I have tried everything in that post. It is completely unresponsive.
