Why won't my fitbit charge anymore?

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not charging. Not sure why this is happening but you can try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. You can follow these instructions to help your device charge.

Mine won't charge either. I have to hold it to the charger in a special way for it to even try to connect. I've cleaned both the watch and the charger with rubbing alcohol. I tried multiple USB connections.  I even tried multiple chargers. I have a heart condition and I rely on it quite a bit. It seems odd that it would be having issues when I only got it last year for Christmas.

I'm sorry you are having trouble with yours. My problem was solved after
cleaning it.
