Inspire HR battery shows empty when it's actually full

My Fitbit Inspire HR cannot sync with my Android phone as the App shows "battery empty" when it os 100%full. 

  Any suggestions before contacting customer support?

Hi @Gilliedono, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that your Inspire HR is not syncing, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your Inspire HR and see if it syncs properly. The app also should show the correct battery level since the app shows the battery percentage that your Fitbit device had when it last synced.

Hi,
I am still having no luck as the battery is full on the watch but shows empty on the App. It is useless. I have tried most things but it is useless to try blue tooth sync when the battery is showing empty. I have taken the app off and re- installed etc. etc.

Hi @Gilliedono, thank you for trying the steps previously shared. I'd like you to try one more workaround which has been helpful for this type of issues. Please try the restart process one more time as described in this help article. After this, set up your Inspire HR from scratch. Finally, if the battery level shows as it appears on the app.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for your help and advice. My Fitbit suddenly sprang into life a couple of days ago and has not stopped since, so fingers crossed...
