Inspire HR battery won't hold a charge

I got this used Fitbit for Christmas and I've been loving it until it randomly stopped holding charge. It dies in less than 2 hours. I see tried restarting it, rebooting it completely, and charging it over night. It's broken and I'm very disappointed.

Hi @CiaT, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the battery draining issue that your Inspire HR has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your Fitbit device. After this, charge it for 2-3 hours and see if the battery doesn't drain fast.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

I have tried those things and it doesn't do much. It still won't last a full night. Also, it's not cool that in order to make the battery survive a tiny bit longer, I can't use several of the functions.

I have exactly the same problems. I've read on here it could be a possible firmware issue. Not good as still under warranty and have to stop using because it needs charging all the time!!
