My inspire HR is 16 months old...always worked perfectly until I "walked" in our 4 foot deep swimming pool & it now has a black screen and will not turn on... I have tried all of the forum suggestions for fixes and am so disappointed! Any further suggestions? I have never gotten it wet before, but am reading posts saying that swimming should not be an issue. No condensation issues at all... it just won't turn on....

Hi Shelley. I am having exactly the same problem with my Inspire HR after being in the pool this afternoon. I have a black screen and it won't turn on, sync or do anything else. Additionally the app tells me the battery is empty , even though I fully charged it 2 days ago. Hopefully someone will come up with a solution.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Shelley2345 and @Anadalin. Thanks for reporting that your Inspire HR doesn't turn on after swimming with it and for mentioning the steps you've followed in order to fix this.
Inspire series are water resistant up to 50 meters.
