I bought a brand new Fitbit Inspire he, which arrived yesterday. I charged it and the screen is black. I can't do anything, followed all the tips. I can't even pair it with my phone. Ones on a while a smiley Face appears and goes again. What do I do

Fitbit customer service is amazing, they sorted out my problem and send me a replacement tracker as mine is faulty.excelkent customer service 🥰🥰🥰🥰😍
