A few days ago I noticed that my Inspire HR was not holding its battery. I would charge it up to 100% and in about 2 hours it would either be dead or almost dead. Even when it did have full charge I could not get it to turn on or sync anything with my phone. And now I can’t get it to charge either. I cant tell if it’s dead and won’t charge or if it is charging but not turning on. I got a smiley to show up once but I dont know what that means. I have updated both the tracker and the app and cleaned off the charging port to make sure it connects. I’m out of ideas!

Thank you for the information you've provided regarding the problem you've been experiencing with the screen of your Inspire HR.
If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article. If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here.
