Inspire HR blank screen

Hi,

 

I just wanted to check if anyone could help me out with the blank screen on my HR. It doesn't sync with my phone too. When put on charge a smiley face shows up for few seconds and vanishes. every few seconds there is small vibration from the device.

Haven't used it for more than two week. Disappointed with the device. Would appreciate if you could give me a solution.

Hi @NIX2027  Try restarting your Inspire several times. If that doesnt fix it please come back here.

I don't have any suggestions but am experiencing the same issues. I purchased in the spring and have barely had a full season of use.

I tried restarting it...but it does nothing but vibrate every few seconds 😞

I charged my Fitbit yesterday n the battery was 80% but it just suddenly went blank..n then I put it to charge some weird numbers came n it’s went blank..I tried restarting it like pressing the button on the charger but it won’t come alive.
