Inspire HR blank screen

Fitbit inspire has suddenly started dying. Battery fine, screen blank, not registering anything. Sometimes resets itself-I find out when I check steps, heartbeat eg. Last night blank for 6 hours overnight discovered when I looked to see what time it was....getting really frustrated. since clock face change after app update about month ago, screen won’t swipe to different functions-all to small to read without glasses and no steps per hour facility....change of clock face now only shows clock as it doesn’t sweep and consequently no other info available. Can’t get help chat on line, don’t know what to do.... just realised blank screen is back ......smiley face is really getting to me!
