I cannot get my Inspire HR screen to show. It is black. I cannot troubleshoot things like brightness or water lock because the screen is black. I have tried the reset/restart option while plugged in and while not plugged in. My Inspire HR vibrates but does not show me anything. I tried changing the clock through the App. Nothing seems to be working to bring my display back.
I am able to synch so I know I am still collecting data.
Any ideas??? Any way to make changes NOT through the screen for the Inspire HR? Something I’m missing in the App? Anything? I’m really frustrated!

Hi @StephanieSC Oh no, that DOES sound frustrating. I'm afraid however, that your screen has died. You can still get your basic stats through the app but you can't use it fully without the screen. I'd suggest you contact Fitbit Support and see ifnthey are able to help you.
