Inspire HR bpm throughout day not showing in app

Lately the app has been having more of these blank lines (see picture) in the bpm feature. What can I do?

@SunsetRunner I hope you're doing well!

 

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not properly reading your heart rate during the day. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.

Thank you. I tried what you suggested, but as you can see, I still have the same problem. Today's stipled line is because of charging, but for example the "missing info" on Friday is while I was wearing the Fitbit, and after cleaning it according to your instructions.
