Inspire HR broken band

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

i purchased my 2nd inspire hr tracker in august 2020. when i took it off to charge it today, one side of the band came loose. a closer look showed that a piece of the edge of the device (which covers where the band pin connects) had broken & the band will no longer stay in place. this same problem is why i had to replace my first hr tracker.  any suggestions on how to repair it would be helpful. thank you.

The same thing recently happened to me!  Did Fitbit resolve the issue for you?

The same thing recently happened to me.  Is calling Support the best way to try and resolve this?  I purchased it 5/9/20 online from Fitbit.com.  My Fitbits always seem to break just after the year warrantee is up. 😣

Hi @Suendorf  yes, you'd do well to contact support, as they are the only way to get assistance. These are the community forums and we're just users of the device and can't help with support or warranty issues.

So, even if you buy a new band, it will be loose and don’t stay in place ? If yes, I think you will need to change the metal that covers the back. If you don’t use any other band, (I know it’s not a good idea, but) try to glue it. And be careful with everything he quantity of glue and where do you apply it.
