My Fitbit Inspire HR is now unable to charge. I’ve cleaned both the connections on the device and the charger itself. I’ve also restarted the device several times. Neither method is working.
To be honest, I’m really disappointed in how many issues I’ve had with my Fitbit since purchasing it earlier this year. Hopefully they can resolve this one as well.

Hi @charbgill, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the charger of your Inspire HR stopped working. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I would like to know if you have tried connecting the charger though another USB port of your computer. Also, is there any chance you can borrow an Inspire HR charger from a family member or a friend? This will help to determine if it's the charger or your Fitbit itself that is experiencing the charging issue.
Looking forward to your response.

I have a similar problem. Trying to charge my fitbit Inspire I receive a message to check charger battery not charging. I am very disappointed with this device, had trouble with it since I bought it a year ago.
