I’ve had my inspire HR since mid-February, have loved the device and had no problems until a couple of weeks ago, this problem seems to be with the button on my device, very frequently I will press and the screen will only flicker on for a brief second then go off, sometimes only showing up half the clock face, when I press and hold to get into the device menu it will go back into the clock face display when I let go of the button! It seems the button is becoming less responsive, I’ve reset numerous times and it’s not helped, it’s something I wouldn’t expect from a device that’s only 8 weeks old, am really disappointed this is happening, and wondering if anyone else is having this issue and what support you’ve received from Fitbit!

Since the issue persist I suggest you let our Support team know about this issue. I could see that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution.
