When I set an enter an upcoming appointment on my phone with a reminder for the day before my Fitbit goes off about ever 15 minutes from the initial reminder. Why the continuous reminder when my phone does not do that, just my fitbit

@Helmaudrey Thanks for joining us! 

Let me help you with your Inspire alarm going off continuously. When you setup your reminded on your phone does it has the option to remind you "all day" or just set to an specific hour? If it set to one time does it has reminder after that time? I suggest you try an alarm with a different configuration from what you are using. Also restart your tracker by following these instructions.
