Inspire HR call notifications not working or delayed

My Inspire HR has not been receiving call notifications. Or sometimes, my Fitbit will buzz with the notification long after I received the call, even though I'm right beside my phone the whole time. I've tried restarting my devices, turning Bluetooth on and off, and it occurs with and without wifi connections.

Yes, I contacted support and they provided absolutely zero assistance. The only solution they provided was to keep wearing my Fitbit until it's resolved (not even the standard, "please reset your device"). I thought I could get more help here than from the Support team.
