Inspire HR can I turn green light off

I have red light therapy and was told that I should not have the green light on all the time. I know I can switch the heart monitor off but the green light is still flashing .

Is there anything I can do or do I need to return it which is such a shame as I really wanted to start focusing on my health and fitness.

There are no settings that can disable the green light. Before you return it, is it worth trying to tape over the light?

 

If you do return it then perhaps the Inspire model may be better for you.

Yes I did think about that but whether that would irritate I don't know no I will give it some thought.

Customer service told me I could do it it and told me how but it's not worked.

I do want the heart rate monitor but only sometimes not all day.
