I'm having the same issue with the Inspire 2. Can't read it (at all!) when in sunlight. And am also VERY disappointed. Who makes a watch you can't read outside. Especially an "activity tracker"?!!

Thanks for providing the details regarding your Inspire 2.
I'd suggest you check that Dim Screen is turned off in the Settings app and make sure that Sleep mode is turned off in quick settings and in the Settings app. For full instructions check out this article.
