Inspire HR can’t set up

Hi,

I’ve read through the other forum posts. Just downloaded the Fitbit app. Charged up my Inspire HR and when I get to putting the code onto my iPhone 7, they won’t sync. It comes up with error code 500. 

Ive turned Bluetooth off and on. I have cleared my cache. I have turned the phone off and on! Help! Thank you
