Inspire HR can’t swipe

I’ve tried restarting multiple times and still can’t swipe my screen. Just started out of nowhere. Still tracks everything, but can only see the Home Screen. I know others that bought same device at a different time and they have the same issue starting at same time.

I am having the same problem. I noticed it tonight. I can’t fix it. Tried several times to reset it. Nothing. Same issue. No one answers the Fitbit help desk.

I spoke to someone earlier they only opened a ticket to have another department tell me if my device was still under warranty. They weren’t much help.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Neilbike. Thank you for letting us know that you and swipe your Fitbit up or down.

Could you please confirm that you have restarted your device?

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  3. Press and hold the button or buttons on your tracker for 5 seconds.
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

I'm having the same problem. I restarted the fitbit but it still doesn't swipe. It was impossible to track my workout this morning. I was on the elliptical for 30 minutes and it didn't recognize the workout.
