Inspire HR can't syn to health 365

This is my 2nd day having this tracker. Have been trying to syn to the above app but keeps prompting that i did not syn to the fitbit app so i can't syn my steps and data. I had try to syn with other apps compatible and even my phone seems that none can read the fitbit app. Had tried all suggested troubleshoot but none seems to work. Please help

I do not see it on the list of apps here

So you need to check the App website for help on how to sync to Fitbit

Hi , try removing your Fitbit from your wrist. Keep close to your phone. Try syncing now. Make sure the green greening light on the back side of the Fitbit is flashing. Might work.

Hi, as per the app it did mention was compatible with fitbit. My issue was tat although i had syn the latest steps with my fitbit app n tracker but when i try to connect to tat app it keeps prompting tat it can't read my steps as i need to syn my steps with fitbit app.

And i try to pair up my tracker with my phone but can't seems to do it

got the same problem when i call fitbit hotline they send me the email to follow still cant work they ask me to llooking for 365 app wheni call 365 app said is not their problem call me too look back fitbit rall they do is pushing around

I have the same issue as well. My steps were 6700 steps but app only showed 472 steps n 0 MVPA
