Inspire HR can't sync with my phone

My Fitbit has stopped syncing.  I have tried pairing many times, the blue line that crosses the screen as it syncs takes 5 minutes to get half way and then freezes.  I then get a message that the HR can't sync, but the help button just takes me to a manual that doesn't tell me how to solve the problem!  Anyone help please?

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

Hi!

 

I have the same problem. I have checked phone requirements (Huawei P20 Lite), uninstallied and re-installed the app, reset the actual device several times and still no success.

The firmware version is 34.20001.88.11

 

This is extremely frustrating.
