Inspire HR can't sync with new phone

Inspire HR still connects and syncs with my Moto Z3. I just bought a Moto Z4 and all the HR info transferred fine, but the Z4 can't find the HR to sync. Any ideas?

Hi @Nonzens, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Inspire HR since it won't sync with your new Moto Z4. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

Please restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, try setting up your Fitbit device from scratch and see if it connects with your new phone.

Thanks for the help. After I posted my question I realized that all I needed to do was turn off the other phone so the HR only had one connection option. That did the trick and everything is working as it should again.
