Inspire HR - can't track or log anything manually in the app

Won’t let me click in the add any activity in manually???? So I can’t track or log anything manually ?? Weird was working fine but not now?

I am sorry to hear you're unable to track or log anything manually in the Fitbit app. I understand how you are feeling as it was working fine before and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

If the issue persists, you may try to uninstall and reinstall the app.
