Inspire HR can’t turn off alarms until the firmware updates?

What the hell is this Fitbit? I wake up at 2 AM because my dog shat on the floor, in the course of this I decide I want to move my Fitbit silent alarm back some. Well guess what I can’t because the Inspire HR has to sync, well I can’t sync it because it has to update. So now I have to sit here UP AT NIGHT babysitting my goddamn Fitbit before I can go back to sleep.

@SunsetRunner Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you changing your alarms on your Inspire HR. You can sync without updating your tracker but if you start the Firmware update then you will need to complete the process before making any changes. Still thank you for the feedback.
