I can receive my iPhone X text notifications, phone call notifications, but no other apps. I read that the inspire HR is supposed to be able to receive WhatsApp and Messenger notifications. I have tried checking notifications settings for those individual apps. One help answer I found said to go into the Fitbit app and select the apps to allow in the notifications tab within the Fitbit app. But there is no “allow apps” within the notification settings to do that. Maybe that was a generic answer for other Fitbits? So far disconnecting and reconnecting has not worked. Again, I DO receive regular iPhone text and call notifications, but no other messeging apps are coming through. I did search this forum and have not found this particular topic addressed.

Hi @jennycan I use Android (Samsung S8) and receive text message notifications easily. I recently added the Whatsapp app and, like you tired to add notifications from that as well as my normal text notifications. But it appears I cant have both. I can select Whatapp, but that removes my normal messages. So Id say you can choose one or the other, but cant have both.
To get to this page go to the Inspire HR in the app and select text notifications then text messages
