The Inspire HR is my 4th Fitbit. Who else finds the magnet on charger unreliable and hard to use? It drives me crazy.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @SDW53. I´ll be happy to assist with your Inspire HR charging cable inquiry. 

 

Thank you for your feedback regarding this. Are you experiencing any trouble charging your tracker? In order to charge it hold the end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. Make sure the pins on the charging cable align with the port. The connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and a battery icon appears on the screen.
