Inspire HR charging cable is too lose

Two defective ones in three weeks and all they want to do is send out another under warranty - maybe signs of a bigger problem?  Not to mention the charging port/cable is useless unless charging from a laptop as cord is too short and connection is too loose

Thank you for the charging cable comments. Is the connector lose all the time? I would mention that to our team too.

It is also far to short!

I agree, far too short, easily slips off its mooring. My charge2 had a good grip with a clip. How do I resolve this?
