I’ve lost my charger. Sent off to Amazon. They sent me one with 2 contact points. Mine has 3. What do I have to ask for?

Hi @westhamjon have you tried the charger and does it have a button to restart your device as the original one did? Another member posted they weren't sure about the charger they were about to order, but it worked fine.

I’ve managed to lose my charger. Fitbit have sent me the wrong one 3 times. Mine has three contact points. They keep sending me one with two. Has anyone got any ideas? I’m at a loss. Been without my device for almost a month.

Please make sure that you´re ordering the correct charging cable. I noticed that you had been sent an Inspire 2 charging cable. If you´re ordering the charging cable from Amazon you should request an Inspire HR charging cable.
