Inspire HR charging contacts issue

My inspire HR is around 14months old and now it won’t charge. Have tried cleaning the contact points and realized one of the contact points might be “missing”. What can I do?

Hi @Roshon, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the charging issue that your Inspire HR has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via social media and will contact you via email in order to follow up and assist you accordingly.
