I bought a new Fitbit Inspire HR when I sadly lost my old Flex 2 about 2 weeks ago. The new tracker is ok, but the charger cord is wayyyy too short and the stupid magnet which is supposed to secure the tracker to charger isn't strong enough to hold the two in place if you are hanging the charger from an outlet. And if you plug it into an extension cord or something on the floor, it isn't long enough there either. You have to find some weird way to brace the two pieces so the weight of the Inspire watch doesn't pull it off the charger. Crappy system!

The length of the cord and strength of the magnet is frustrating. I strap the fitbit around the charger like it's my wrist. It stays and charges just fine now.

Fitbit had n excellent charging system for the Fitbit one AND it stayed charged for 13 days...so the answer to your question is that Fitbit has a solution, they just aren’t using it.

I'm on my second Fitbit and I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ONE. same reason as all of these complaints. Cord tooooooo short. Magnet toooooo weak. Come on, Fitbit, why bother even providing such a stupid getup? It makes you look pretty stupid. I've been checking out the Kore, seems to be legit, and they're $59. I will contact them first, hoping they can be read OUTSIDE. Fitbit cannot. What's with a fitness tracker that you can't read outside? And I'll want to know if the charger is long enough and if the magnet is strong enough to hold it. What I've seen in reviews seems good, but I will definitely do more checking before I purchase. It will NOT be a fit bit.
