The charging cord is way too short. Does not stay attached. Any updates?

Some people have mentioned that they use a USB extension cable to get around this. I have been lucky with mine as even though it's left dangling when on charge the magnet has been strong enough to hold it in place.

Mine is the same as @SteveH, the magnet is very strong. Perhaps there is an issue with your charging cable if the magnet isn't keeping the Inspire attached.

It must be the magnet. It does not hold if you even attempt to leave it dangling. I’ll try to get Fitbit to send me another one. Thx

Why isn't the HR inspire charging cord longer and have a clip on similar to the charge3.  The device has to hang on the cord and the magnet is not strong enough to hold.  Very disappointed.  We shouldn't have to rectify ourselves with other USB cords...we should be provide with a cord that works properly.
