Inspire HR clasp on the device itself is broken, won't hold any bands anymore on 1 side

Hi, I have an Inspire HR that is still less than a year old and it will no longer hold a band on one side. We've tried several different bands and several different clasps, but its the same result, whatever was on the Inspire that holds the band pin in place is defective and broken.    This device should still be under warranty as it was purchased 23 Oct 2019.  Bought at Target and they said we have to go to Fitbit for support.

Again, this is not a band problem, we have several bands that all used to work great, but now none of them will stay connected to the device anymore on one side.   Something wrong with the Inspire HR unit itself.    Thank you.

I'm not sure if they are as staffed as they'd like on weekends. Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help. If you email, please know that each subsequent email will put you at the bottom of the queue, which will cause you to wait longer.
