I have now spent over 10 hours trying to pair an inspire hr. the 1st one would not pair so I took it back to the shop and exchanged it. The second one will not pair either. The Bluetooth on the inspire hr keep cutting out and restarting. I am really annoyed and want to know why this fitbit is such a sham of a product. Absolutely useless. The second one will not even turn off via the button on the side. Who else is totally fed up with their HR ?

I don't have the HR but I am fed up with the Inspire in general. I have had the One for such a long time but wanted to try something different. My Inspire is not buzzing or giving me fireworks when I reach my step goal. I am on my second one in two weeks.

the advise from fitbit customer service is just a sham. Why don't they tell the truth and tell us that the product is sub standard and clearly has faults which is in the programming. I do not know anything about the fitbit manufacturing process, but I will hazard a guess that these are built in china very, very cheaply. 2 brand new inspire hr's with exactly the same problem, is not a coincidence

Give us an idea of what phone and we will try and help. Otherwise I would contact support.

Sorry I was unable to help but not knowing what phone, or at what step the failure occured. Also I'm not sure if the Fitbit app was being used to set the tracker up.
When it comes to Bluetooth on the inspire. This can not be turned off and if it did there is no way the user would be able to tell.

I have had the Inspire HR for six months. It has always buffered a long time without showing sleep stages. I would have to back out and hit the sleep results again before the sleep stages would pull up. Then it started occasionally failing to give stages once every other week and then once or twice. I have completely deleted the app, and reinstalling along with two complete resets. Now, I am only getting one or two sleep stages a week.
About done with Fitbit.

The Inspire HR is a crap device! The tech just shoves me off and refuses to listen or fix the problem! They just say it is a known issue. This has been a "known issue" for the entire year I have had it!

@jessicarabbit19 may I ask what this "known" issue may be?

Keep in mind, I have been having this issue since I got the Inspire HR a little less than a year ago. I have reported these to FitBit 4 times and they refuse to do anything. This product is junk and is not performing as advertised. The reason I upgraded to it was for these features. False advertising.

I've been trying to get mine to pair from new for a month. Various suggestions from customer services, none if which have worked. Sending it back to Amazon this week and just hope I get a refund as I bought it with vouchers I'd been given for my birthday
