Inspire HR clock face appears frozen

In the past I have been able cycle the events below the time. My Inspire is stuck on miles. I tap on it, no changes. Nothing seems to allow any other items to be visible, such as heart rate, etc. I use an Apple 7+ for syncing. No changes when I sync.

Let me help you with your clock face not scrolling through the data. Start by restarting your Inspire HR. After this change the clock face, save and sync and see if the new one shows your data. You can then retry the original clock face.

About  4 hours later it appears it reset itself. I did nothing except roll my wrist a few times to check and tap it....all of a sudden it righted itself??!!
