Hello,
when syncing my Inspire HR with my iPhone app, I get an error message that the Bluetooth pairing has been lost, instructing me to go into Settings, ‘forget the device’ and restart the pairing process. This happens every few days and is so frustrating. This shouldn’t be happening at all. Can someone please tell me a workaround for this?
ThanKa in advance

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @C-Dot.
Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I am sorry to hear about the frustration this situation has caused. I recommend reviewing our tips in Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Hope this helps.

Hi,
I am having a similar issue. My Fitbit connects for a few seconds/minutes but then disconnects. I’ve already tried reviewing the recommended steps on the Fitbit site but none of them worked. I’ve had my Fitbit for about 2.5 years and this has been happening to me for about a year. It’s been very frustrating that I cannot get my Fitbit to stay connected and that I accurately cannot track my walks/runs/etc.
