Inspire HR continuously going through screens

My Fitbit Inspire is continuously going through all the screens. It won't stop. I tried to reset it three times. This is also draining the battery.  Just started today.

  1. Confirm the steps to restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

I restarted my Fitbit. I was able to change the clock face to another
option. Unfortunately, it's still flipping through different screens. Now
it has stopped on the weight screen and the image jumps. The screen won't
turn off.
