I have had my Fitbit Inspire HR since August 2020, it is not that old!! Just recently the battery seems to be dying faster, and my Fitbit will randomly just shut down (no, it will not be dead yet when it does). I have charged it fully several times, I have shut it off manually and did a reboot several times but it will not work! My Fitbit is my alarm, but it is no longer reliable as it will just turn off while I am asleep and will not wake me up! I really need this fixed ASAP.
Please help, thank you.

I just charged it 100% again and now it is not even responding to my touch on the screen! I did not damage it, I did nothing new with it, I do not understand this.
