Inspire HR dead in less than 10 months

Hi,

I have been using the Fitbit Inspire HR in India since the end of January 2020.

This week (3rd week of November 2020), first the screen stopped displaying. The device continued to work because the various attempts at restarting or changing the clock face (as suggested somewhere) did give a vibrate sensation, but other than pushing up the battery charge, nothing happened to the display.

Then, 2 days later, the device is dead. All attempts to recharge the battery or restart the device are futile.

Nowhere to go.

Is it obituary time already, in a mere 10 months of usage?

Sorry to hear about this, @jsbhogal . Did you purchase your device directly from Fitbit or from an authorized seller? If so, your device should be covered by warranty. Please contact Support by tapping Help at the bottom of the page, then Support.
