Inspire HR default displaying calories instead of steps

This morning my Inspire HR began displaying my calories as default, even though it has been set to steps since I purchased it last week. My main goal is set to steps. I have tried deselecting and reselecting everything in my activity management edit. Nothing has changed. Help.
